Phrase of the day

Phrase of the day is most definitely 'you need me to poke your psoas?'
My answer was 'Yes' but oh my god, it hurts!

A relaxing afternoon reading and drinking tea in the flat and then meeting Michele to get our make-up done in space NK and of course we found things to buy. Now we are enjoying a glass of fizz before we go for a curry.
