Practice makes perfect

I was back at the doctor's surgery today to ask about the medication for my eczema - which is now clearing up nicely, thanks :-)

There is usually the art work of teenagers displayed on the waiting room wall so I just assumed that this picture of the Water of Leith was created by the children at one of the local schools. However, I discovered that it is actually the output of a practice team exercise. I'm now wondering what my own team would produce if given some paint and brushes...

Exercise today: wee run to the surgery and back again, approximately 2 miles.
