The entertainer

a slightly more tricksy day today... 

Yesterday went spectacularly well,  but by comparison, little un was a bit more clingy with her foster carers today...  still playful and smiley,  and happily spent time in the room alone with us, but just a little less confident and seeking a bit more reassurance from her foster family... 

It feels a bit like being the horse whisperer... trying to coax and entice trust, learning her expressions and body language, trying to  gently make connections...

as you can see Dave is bringing out every face in his repertoire to draw her in and make her curious. It's a bit of an emotional dance, but it's only day two and worth every bit of effort to get one of her sunshine smiles.
