Sweet and Sour!

I'm a firm believer of the sweet and sour principle I'm sure I've mentioned it often on here! Well today seems to fit the bill.

It's been achievement and awards assembly at school today. Mikey has had an amazing year and done really well. Today he received certificates during the assembly. He's not a "showy" person in fact I don't think he cracked a smile but inside he was very happy, I'm sure! Until he fell off the trim trail at lunch. See life balancing things out.

Tommy on the other hand has also had a fab year. He received an award for 100% attendance. Fab achievement and only one short day to go. Yep you've guessed it, he's burning up now and feeling poorly. Will he make it into school tomorrow??? I hope it's just a strange overnight blip but we'll see.

Dare I say I've had a really great day (ducks for cover before bad luck swings by..... )
