Free lunch...

We attended a seminar this morning, there were financial advisors, funeral plans, etc.  It was very informative, one of the reasons we attended was to clarify whether we needed to have new wills drawn up, as the Law in Spain regarding inheritance is due to change on August 17th.  Fortunately we do not need to change our wills, the Solicitor who drew up our wills 13 years ago was very far sighted, she inserted a clause for us, basically saying that we wish our wills to be recognised by our country of Nationality not our country of residence, it is this clause that is due to become Law in a few weeks time.  It has far reaching implications for Ex pats living in Spain.

As a reward for attending the seminar we had a free lunch of fish and chips.  Having been to Quesada fish and chips on a couple of occasions we know the portion sizes, we opted for fish and peas, no chips, this is the small portion of fish, the plate is a normal 10" dinner plate.
