After a bad colitis flare up yesterday, today I just felt drained. Didn't really help my mental state, as I've felt very fragile today.

Tonight I'm home alone. I miss Friday nights back home, in the middle of the city, when I'd always be out with friends. Two years on, living in the middle of the country, it's still a struggle.

Not sure I can keep on with the meds reduction right now.
