Two out of four

Here is Mabel and Daphne  enjoying the conservatory! They will soon be joined by 2 new hens. This is always a stressful time and for the new hens, old hens and us, you really see where the term pecking order comes in.  

Spent alot of today sewing - making the background to my journal quilt, it is looking quite good and I am happy so far.

In the evening I met up with friends from school, needless to say we ate and laughed alot. E's new home is lovely and she was very much the hostess. It is so nice to work with such lovely people
