Rain at last!

I am inside doing the ironing and this is my view outside - it is raining at last! Look how brown the lawn is.

We leave tomorrow morning for our holiday to the west coast of the USA, so it is a busy day sorting and packing. Emptying the fridge and cleaning...I always wash all the bed linen before we go away, which just gives me extra work but I do like fresh sheets to be on the beds while we are gone.

Luke gets home this afternoon and I will have all his holiday washing to do....a busy day.

A quick blip today, before the PC man comes to collect my computer to go in for its memory upgrade.
