Busy bee

Just had time for a flying visit to the allotment this morning to plant out some poor pot-bound courgettes and look with horror on all the weeds. Felt very guilty as I had to leave but promised to come back for a full day's work on Sunday.

Happy to see the plots full of pollinators buzzing about in the sunshine. I wish these lovely chives were mine but they were next to the path on the way out so I stopped to photograph them.
