Ultimate Frisbee

We are back at Lagganlia for the 14s Tour, yahey!  The youngsters don't arrive till tomorrow so the coaches have been making the most of their down time with a fun 'to do' list which included running to the top of the very big hill behind the centre; swimming in the river at Feshiebridge and a game iof Ultimate Frisbee.  Whilst we have been eating down at Loch Insh boathouse they have been barbecuing in the hobbit house up in the woods.

Kiteseeker and I tried to recreate our sunset over Loch Insh from a couple of years back but, for me, the weather wasn't working, so it's a blip of the girls going all out to grab that frisbee!
