Dentist

Today was a trip to the running shop - new top bought- yay!
Went to the dentist......1 lady booked for Greece, another WAS booked for Tunisia and another is heading to be inform with 3/4 of the world! Oh dear me they were stressed.
Straight on to the new workplace. Oh my there was a lot to take in. Before I knew it 5 hours had gone by, no drinks, no food......dash home with starvation and numbed brain.
On to the gym for classes......man it was hot!
