Flower Friday . . . Faded

I have to admit I like to hibernate in winter and leave the garden to its own devices.  Here are two buds from Souvenir de La Malmaison slowly decaying.  Must be rose pruning time on the next warm weekend.  We had a lovely dinner out last night and saw that the council has wrapped all the tree trunks down one street in solar lights.  They made a great picture disappearing into the distance.  I'll have to have a go at taking a blip of them.  This weekend I better catch up on some school planning, housework and watch the coverage of the All Blacks V South Africa.
