Sticky mousse cake

I am off on a NYOS (national youth orchestra of Scotland) course tomorrow. We have a few days in Scotland, culminating in a concert at the Perth concert hall and then fly out to China for a week long tour. Whilst there we will be performing in Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin. So excited!! I have no idea how much I will be able to blip even while I'm in Scotland as the Internet is pretty dodgy where we stay but look out for a lot of (hopefully exciting!) backblips from the 8th August onwards :) :)
