Lethargy

Constant heavy rain on this cold and colourless day - images on early evening news showed some severe flooding in other areas of Essex.  More rain today than we usually get in the whole month of July apparently. Bro came for lunch and plans to finish organising the garage dissolved into an afternoon spent comatose in front of the TV feeling very 'blah' and barely awake.  Felt like Sunday in October. So, this evening we got in the car and went (with friend Cara) to Great Baddow for a lovely Indian meal which spiced up the day.


The flowers are from the bunch I bought yesterday.  Loved the colours on this otherwise gloomy colourless day.
