Jetty Under Cloud

Lunchtime spent with one of my oldest friends in the surprisingly peaceful and picturesque surrounds of Fairlop Waters.

A little oasis amongst the urban sprawl.

Later on I met with my Tuesday run club and we ran in Roding Valley Nature Reserve, including 15 up and down hill repeats.

Should be STRONG for Dublin on 2/8.
