Saved by a Heron

Fortunately this Heron was on the other side of the road when I set off on my bicycle to pick up a parcel in the morning, I didn't see anything else that I could possibly blip while I was out and had to leave for work immediately after I got back.

Work today went better than yesterday's as I had someone with me who was able to shift the heavier items. It's not so much the amount of walking that I have to do that is the problem at the moment, but the often heavy weight that I have to carry in addition to the walking.
