Flower Friday

It looks a little like an ornamental fruit blossom. I say ornamental because I don't recall there being fruit. Small berry like things adorn the branches attracting a large group of magpies who sit & sing all the while stripping the tree (which suits me because it's less I need to rake up). But I'm not familiar enough to know if they're for human consumption.

In other news: my ski gear arrived from the US less 96hrs after ordering. That included bindings mounted. UPS are serious good (as is the service from Level9Sports). Otherwise it's a sleep day on the nightshift wagon.
