Ardvreck Castle

Day 10

A 16th century castle which lies in Loch Assynt.we passed it as we left Scourie and headed east looking for dryer weather.

We found the sun just outside Nairn and camped in an expensive Caravan Club site at Dalnies wood. The pine wood was lovely but the noise from the nearby road spoiled the ambience of the site.
