A sneaky tick.
I was in Glasgow on business and headed up to Inveruglas by Loch Lomond afterwards. It was a beautiful late afternoon so I went for a quick Munro. 
Very pleased with my little self, as I was a lot faster than guide book time and feeling fitter than I have done for years.
Only 5 more working days left..........and counting!
