Busy morning

Today was our church fete to raise funds for the mission outreaches to Egypt and Lesotho, and it was a huge success. Maybe the miserable weather kept everyone longer than usual inside the hall. 
Hubby had his usual art stand and did quick charcoal portraits, sold some watercolour paintings, and made a large sum of money with a raffle for an oil painting.
A fete is always a good catch up time with friends...the busy area at the back of the hall is where the coffee and cake were being served!

My injured Hadeda (from yesterday's blip) is still walking around the garden but is eating - his Hadeda friends are visiting him!!  He doesn't seem to be able to fly. The dogs are banned from that part of the garden....
