Minions

Minion:  someone who is not powerful or important and who obeys the orders of a powerful leader or boss


I think that minions must be very powerful or important as they seem to be taking over the world, bit by bit. They have a movie of their own,they are available to buy at McDonalds, and have many guest appearances on Facebook.  Of course they might have a powerful leader behind the scenes.  As near I can determine, it is Universal Studios.  We got the one on the right from our new cousins that visited and I bought the other one yesterday (this is a back blip) when we opted for a cheap dinner.  Hey, take it home and add some pickles and a nice slab of sweet onion and the $2.50 burgers taste much better.  

We went to an Estate Sale and Bill found exactly what he's been looking for.  He needed a storage cabinet for the garage and there was one there and they accepted his $20 bid.  So, we went back later with the pickup and got the cabinet and brought it home and he spent the rest of the afternoon rearranging, cleaning, sorting and  getting it where he wanted it to be and it fit perfectly.  Now a lot of the garage stuff is stored behind doors, exactly what he wanted to do.  He was a happy Minion!  And I found a $3 Anchor Hocking glass casserole dish with a nice lid.  It didn't look like it had ever been used.  I have a casserole dish, but the lid broke awhile back, so this replaces that one.  I am as happy as a Minion in a grass skirt!
