Quick capture on the way to work after a 45 minute swim in Loch Lomond without the wetsuits and a disappointing visit to McD's. How are you meant to heat up your hands after a swim if there is no coffee to hold onto? So Costa beckoned for a short heart to heart with The Philospher and a coffee to bring back feeling to my fingers. I must stop for longer another day with my proper camera and find the best angle.
