Coast to Coast aka C2C

My walking buddy and best friend have arrived in St Bees for the start of our Coast to Coast walk tomorrow. Tonight we wandered down to the beach where the route officially starts to select a pebble as tradition has it one should choose one from the start,carry it across the walk and throw it into the sea at the other end. Over 15 days we will be walking 192 miles. The pebbles were so attractive it was hard to pick one. I made an arty shot with the ones I left.
