What struck my fancy

By TonyLuxton

An unlikely name

for a car maker, Alldays and Onions. This one was made in 1905 and was driving round the lanes at Sandringham along with some other old cars.

"Old" - surely we have better terms, yes but precise definition is elusive.
Veteran = before 1919 (or sometimes before 1905)
Vintage = 1919 - 1930
Classic = no longer in production but is desirable

And what about this particular car? On googling the maker, a Wikipedia page came up along with a picture of this self same car; quite remarkable all told.

Read more here if you wish.  Alldays and Onions

I've tried to create an impression of it emerging through the mists of time....
