Wanted a nice pic of this pair and asked Toby to sit next to his sister and put his arm round her. This is what I got (and a series of others with more gurning!). 

Today was a fantastic day of catching up with old friends. First off we met my old work colleague Heidi and her husband Jez and their beautiful little girl Emily May at Lulworth cove. It was a lovely sunny day so it was pretty busy but we found a free bit of the beach and caught up on 3+ years worth of news. What a stunning setting and so lovely to see old friends after all this time.

After crab sandwiches at the cafe, they went off to catch up on work on the farm and we went to Durdle door and flew kites on the beach and enjoyed the view. Really love it round here.  It was quite a long steep walk back up the cliff to the car park but Eva was straight up there no messing about at all! She overtook a couple of teenagers that had to stop for a rest. 

Then it was back to Swannage to meet Big Si, Katie and their two children Isabelle and Cicely. They live further along the coast and it's got to be over 10 years since we have seen them. Mr EG went to Uni with Si (called Big Si cos he is about 7ft!! He hasn't shrunk at all) We had fish and chips and beers on the beach and the kids had a brilliant time playing and getting covered in sand till it was nearly dark.
