The Thames Path

Is very bumpy and covered in cow pats. You have been warned!

Today the husband and I deiced to go on a walk along The Thames Path from Bourne End to Cookham. Ending at the Holy Trinity Churchyard in Cookham.

All so that I could take a picture of Sir Stanley Spencer's gravestone, because... well, because I'm odd like that and that's how I roll.

Managed to see some Flegdeling Sand Martins on a barge tow rope being fed by the parent birds. Quite a thing to watch and the didn't seem worried by our prescence or that of the many dog walkers. Too see the Sand Martin pictures, please click here.
