The Americas Cup (fail)

So the whole family ventured out to watch the Americas Cup today (seeing as we all live very close by).  The rain was relentless and the wind was howling but we still got all togged up (along with thousands of others) to watch a spectacular race.  We all managed to park somewhere and walk to the sea front only then to find out it had been cancelled, due to bad weather!
Structures were being dismantled and flags pulled down quickly before the wind blew them away, but we did see this character!  He was sat in his car but as soon as he saw us with cameras he hopped out to let us see his outfit.  Such a shame, he'd made a lot of effort and all for nothing.
Still, we managed to all get in The Pavilion Cafe (Watkins and Faux) for a bit to eat before we all went home to get dry again.
It didn't dampen our spirits though - it was so bad it was good!
