Marching

Every year this group of 'Lads and Girls Brigade' (what it says on their flag) from Manchester march through the village on their way to church. It happens every year in July.

Since I started blipping I have tried every year to get a photo. I always forget until I hear the music and by the time I get there I'm too late. This morning I was on the phone speaking to Hubby when I heard the music. So, grabbed the camera and ran. 

Although they wear a very smart navy blue uniform with red ties I preferred this in B&W.

Not overly happy with the results. May try again next year ........................
