Code Red Part 2

Yesterday I told you about the storm that develloped during the day.
Eventually it turned out to be the most severe summer storm ever measured in Holland.
Today I was cycling past my former house and saw that two hugh - 100 feet - trees had not survived it all.
To give you some feel of dimensions and the power of the wind that cracked these perfectly healthy trees like matchsticks I added this passing cyclist.
(I'm on the road so I'll change this shot for a better one when I'm home tomorrow.)
