Six strange looking "Sunflowers"!

Carmen, our project partner, took us for a lovely walk all around the nearby lake. Fascinating to see the huge concrete structures that were cowsheds in Soviet Union days, up until the1990s. Nowadays there is more freedom of choice, but less employment. Many people here look back on the Good Old Days, which sounded so grim to us.
Fields of sunflowers are everywhere and there is certainly no shortage of sun for them.
