Purple spiky flower

I'm sure my wife will comment as to the actual name of this plant in our garden.

Felt surprisingly chipper this morning considering the large alcohol consumption last night. The walk home, although it took an hour and a half, sorted me out I suppose. Huge fry up on Whiteladies Road also has a soothing effect.

Raining again for the majority of the day so hit Cabot circus for some holiday clothes shopping then bummed around the house playing games and watching TV.

Eaten out too much, drunk too much, exercised very little. Better do something about that!...
