The start of a musical journey

Pouring rain most of the day so no chance of an outdoor blip. I've spent most of my day playing music, first with my quartet this morning and then a wind band rehearsal this afternoon. Exhausting! 
However, my blip today is the first musical instrument I learned to play. I must have got this recorder when I was 5 or 6. It's easier to photograph than my bassoon!
