Know when to stop

I preached for the last time at Lordshill today. Very appropriately it was on Jesus walking on water. I got to a point in the sermon which felt like a natural end. I nearly stopped bit I didn't and I wish I had. I need to learn to these promptings. It must be God. Several other people said I should have stopped too. You live and learn. Apart from that small thing it went down well.
