Dandelions and disco lights go together like a horse and rubix cube carriage

The time is nigh

I have reached the point where my only viable lifeline for continuing my blip life was the OneWayTicketToEmergencyDandelionClockVille

In my defence I have been off work today with a throat that feels like I have been sword swallowing as a sleepwalking hobby. My chances for blips were very few.

So here it is. I can now cross this one off the list

From what I can tell during my long stay in this place, there are Seven Emergency Blip Wonders Of The Blipland and these are ( in no order of priority) .

1: A cat
2: A dandelion clock
3: A naked self portrait
4: A clock ( with the caption and write up " Is that the time.... I still haven't got a decent blip " )
5: A cup of tea and a biscuit
6: A piece of paper with the writing " I have no blip today" written on it ( a screen shot of a text works just aswell )
7: A lego man ( in fairness I love the lego men blips)

These EBWOTB are in no way a reflection to the quality of the picture as they are usually great. It's a misnomer as what we consider to be our EBWOTB and are a little embarassed about are the ones that everyone else loves. ( This is the polar opposite of the " Oh FFS Blip Phenomenan ", which is when you take an amazing shot, one that you know will rocket you to spotlight, Blip of The Week , an OBE and you know general international fame.... and then no one comments !)


So far I have done four off the list. I am working on full on graduation by the end of the year.

In other news the girls got their German Friendship cake baked today and it's divine. It's sort of like a chain letter cake. You are gifted some raw sourdough cake mixture and cultivate it for ten days and then give three portions away before you bake it and so it goes on. I am planning to start another one soon and it will be a Blip Friendship cake . Raw cake mix may not travel all that well so sadly it won't make it to the US or NZ otherwise we could have had an international chain cake.
