Running Views Pt. 3
The first sunny, non-slug avoiding run in weeks. I read an interesting article today about additional muscle toning exercises that benefit runners- specifically to build the glutes- to power you along. I definitely need to incorporate this in my training, as I'm guilty of concentrating on the running and distance and forgetting about building muscle.
