Pearl Anniversary

My aunt and uncle, Sue and Jym, today renewed their wedding vows thirty years to the day they took them for the first time. Jym had had Sue's dress cleaned and altered, all in secret for the big occasion. He too wore his wedding suit which was actually rather too big for him! We gathered at St Matthew's Church and Rev. Steve presided over a short ceremony in front of family and friends. Then we all headed back to the campsite, where they are staying, for refreshments. It gladdens my heart that marriage really can work, if you find the right person. Congratulations! :-)
