Spanbou

Team building or 'spanbou' before inter schools. Paarl hosts the biggest Inter-schools competition in the world. It is a week of netball, girls and boys hockey and rugby between Paarl Boys High and Paarl Gymnasium. These two schools have been competing for over 125 years. The entire town becomes a festive wonderland full of banners, over 40 000 spectators fill the Sport stadium for the main Rugby game which takes place on Sunday. Today the primary schools kicked off the competition. This is my netball team all at Bossa for our team dinner.
