A blurry otter

Today I saw my first wild otter - on the Water of Leith! I was walking back from lunch when I looked over a bridge on the way to Jonty's flat like I always do and there it was. I watched it for about fifteen minutes swimming up and down. I know a pair have been spotted several times before but I only saw one so the other must have been hiding! 

I also had key problems twice (meaning that I had to travel to see Jonty twice) and the rain has destroyed most of my experimental work in the gardens. But let's just forget about that for now and focus on the otter...
