Calorie free

Local holiday here today, though it's not been the weather for any thing exciting - showers and drizzle.
However, that did mean I got s few jobs done like taking stuff to the tip and shopping. Whilst getting some thread for my patchwork I saw some cupcake kits so bought one and stitched it.
Also a short run on the beach in between showers.
