American Goldfinch .....

I had taken other pictures today of a variety of things, but then this American Goldfinch landed on our water fountain for a drink.

Funny this is we had just been discussing how the birds land on this to take a drink.  And you would have to be in the right place and the right time in order to get a picture.  

Weird how that works sometimes ......
