Day 88 streaking

Made the most of the calm between the torrential rain and went out for a run.

With it being race week, 6 days until Dublin I don't want to push myself to save my energy.

I ran a 5k and for some reason I ran my fastest this year 28:22 and my fastest mile 8'24" Don't know how but I'm chuffed.

Just need to keep myself injury free...
