Faux Monet

Detail of one of our assignments in the Acrylics1 painting class that just ended. I love mixing colours so I had a lot of fun smooshing paint to make all the shadows in the snow. We copied unabashedly from calendar page reproductions of Monet's paintings. This was from "The Cart." It was a fun way to practise different brush strokes and colour mixing.
