relight my fire

Had the opportunity to go and see the Olympic torch today as it passed near work. Took the camera in only to remember that I forgot to replace the card after last nights blip. Doh.

Still had a second chance as a friend got us tickets to the event at the castle.

Emily Sanches was there to do a couple of songs and then the torch arrived and a cauldron was lit. Nice to see the event with a load of gymnasts doing all sorts of things as well.

Just need to plan the opening ceremony party now and see when the women's beach volley ball is on.
