How the Other Half Live

There is something very affluent about places like this isn't there?
Not sure I really understand the appeal as any more than a gentle swell makes me seasick.
But it looks nice. This spot is 10 minutes walk from the lovely Air BNB cottage we are staying at in Sandy Bay, Hobart.
The weather has warmed up considerably. 15C today.
