Finished!

Today I finished reading Knikkertje Lik (Marble to lick). It's a book for children, so you can imagine it did not take me a lot of time...

I had a great big laugh because it is an adventurous book and a little bit silly.

It's about a boy, Judocus, who meets a mouse, Michiel, that has found a marble that speaks in riddles. By these riddles the marble sends Judocus and Michiel the cat (who used to be a mouse) into the world. There he meets various chracters like the Witch of Bourgonje, the Wise man of Antrim, the Emperor of Siam, crocodiles who want to play hide and seek, a king who beheads everyone the says 'no' to him and eventually a beautiful princess that has been trapped inside the marble for seven years.
