Where does the time go?

Smithski took this photo of Ruby when she was tiny but it seems like it was just a few weeks ago. 

Seeing her holding the photo now is a strong reminder to savour the time we've got watching her continue to grow up and another reason to ensure we keep this work/life balance firmly weighted on the side of the family.
