Hill Running

Second week for me (Chris) running off road with the running club in the Chilterns. Nice evening for a run but another killer route, first mile downhill was only ever going to mean a big climb later. At least we were allowed to celebrate with a bit of someones birthday cake at the end!! Justified I think.

Whilst I was running, Annie was taking advantage of the dramatic sky looking back into the vale.
