Frittelle

When we went out for Hubby's birthday we ordered some frittelle. It was delicious. We decided we should try making it at home. So, tonight I made it with a tomato and basil sauce for dipping. I also saved some and sprinkled with icing sugar which we will have later with a cuppa. 

Unfortunately it was a success so we will have to make it again.

P.S. Temperature on the drive over to Callander this afternoon - 11degrees.         May have to put the heating on later.
