Extra Chunky Baby Hat

This was a quick knit project.  In most things, when I knit or crochet a project, I like to try something new to keep my interest up.  The design is from the vintage pixie style hats which can be found a plenty on pinterest.  I added an embroidered pattern to either side of the hat and then used some double pointed needles to create the I-cord.  I reckon it'll be big enough for up to 3 months old.  I'm starting to make a collection of hand knitted items ready to sell in the autumn. Photographed using a preset which was actually too bright for yarn (I'm also experimenting with the best format to use for photographing my knitted items).
