If you insist on running with a chest infection take it easy stupid!

SP backblip, doing a 24hour relay race called the Thunder Run. Only I turned up in no fit state to race, but you know, I've paid my entry fee, we were team, what could possibly go wrong. At this moment and for a few hours after I felt worse than I've ever felt after a run(if I'd gone an coughed on the opposition we'd have won!). But a glass of champagne (don't ask), a few hours snooze and I was out again at 1am to do another lap with head torch on and enjoyed it, and was perky and chirpy running my final leg at 10am, proving once again that real man flu is for real men.
